By using AI Font Finder (the "Service"), operated by Webair.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service provides best-effort estimates for identifying fonts from user-uploaded images. The results are generated by an automated AI system and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) upload images that you do not have the right to share, (b) upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, (c) attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or (d) circumvent rate limits or security controls.

3. Font Licenses

Our service may identify both free and commercial fonts. When we provide a link to a font, it is your sole responsibility to review, understand, and comply with the font's specific license before using it. We are not a party to any font license agreement and are not responsible for your use of any font.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webair.ai be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Webair.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Identifying a font with the Service does not grant you any rights to that font; see Section 3 and our font licensing guide for details.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service will be handled in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
